Economy for Ecology
Abhimanyu Barthwal, Director and Chief Sales Officer, Oemeta India Pvt. Ltd shares the recent initiatives that Oemeta India carried out to positively influence customers, channel partners, media, industry and the environment.
Customer Delight
Oemeta has more than 100 years of history. It has grown successfully for more than a century because it always listens to its customers. Listening to one’s customers and understanding their needs is the most important aspect to ensure a delightful customer experience. This helps the company offer them optimum solutions to overcome the challenges they might face in their machining process chain. By doing so, it not only unlocks inherent value for its customers but also empowers them to extract maximum advantage from its product range.
It acts as a knowledge partner to its customers and is always willing to share its expertise with its customers. It actively seeks and embraces their feedback, embarking on collaborative endeavours to maximize efficiency. This collaborative synergy exemplifies its dedication to improving its products while concurrently elevating its operational standards.
When it comes to the company’s distribution and vendor partnerships, the cornerstone lies in mutual admiration of each other’s capabilities and effective communication. Admiration begets a foundation of respect, while constant and effective communication guarantees its perpetual alignment. That’s how it creates a thriving ecosystem and organizational ethos that places great value on relationships. Interestingly, this synergy significantly enriches the landscape of customer satisfaction.
Industry Outreach
It collaborates with various industry associations and academic institutions both in India and globally to deliberate on a wide range of relevant topics for the industry and society. In India, it works very closely with VDMA, CII, IGCC, IMTMA and many others.
Social and Environmental Engagement
Economic and ecological sustainability is central to its business philosophy. More than 60% of the raw material it consumes is based on renewable resources. Product systems such as HYCUT are a great example. Not only are HYCUT products based on renewable raw materials, but their multifunctional approach also helps to solve the oil media interface issue in the machining process chain. The result is the elimination/reduction of process waste in-process recycling.
