Shanti Foumach has established itself as a leading player in the manufacturing and machining of ‘Ready to Assemble & Sub-assembled’ Grey Iron & SG Iron Castings components. With an annual production capacity of 12,000 MT, expandable to 15,000 MT per annum, we operate as a single-location integrated foundry and machine shop. Our state-of-the-art facilities boast a comprehensive range of equipment including a laboratory with spectrometer and image analyzer, mechanized sand plant, Arpa machine moulding lines, induction furnace, shot blasting machine, stress relieving treatment furnace, painting booth, conventional machine shop, CNC machine shop with VMCs, and a modern HMC shop equipped with cutting-edge machinery such as Makino’s Enshu’s and Hyundai machines. Additionally, our facility is outfitted with advanced tools like 3D CMM, CNC model, high-pressure cleaning machine, pressure testing equipment, and an export packing department.

At Shanti Foumach, we take pride in our fully equipped foundry setup and state-of-the-art CNC center. Our CNC center boasts a range of cutting-edge machinery, including Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), and Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) machines, along with precision turning centers. In addition to our machining capabilities, we have a comprehensive supporting infrastructure that includes an in-house laboratory for testing, a dedicated fettling shop for finishing processes, spacious storage warehouses, and advanced cleaning setups.
