This is closely followed by our collaboration with the ever-expanding John Deere and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries within the same sector. Our enduring relationships with customers, spanning over 50 years, stand as a testament to our commitment and reliability.
Our journey began humbly in 1965, and over the years, we have steadily built a state-of-the-art facility for machining and grinding, ensuring top-notch quality. Our facility is equipped to produce ready-to-assemble Crankshafts, meeting the highest standards of excellence.
Srinivas Induction Hardening boasts modern facilities for producing fully finished crankshafts with 100% in-house machining, grinding, and finishing capability. How does the company ensure quality and customer satisfaction through these capabilities?
In the realm of Precision Machining, our business thrives on the delicate fusion of skilled labor, cutting-edge machinery, and precise meteorological instrumentation. The synthesis of these elements forms the basis of our product acceptability criteria, making our domain a unique blend of capital and labor intensity.
At SIH, our core focus lies in the Machining and Grinding of Crankshafts, encompassing all necessary operations to meet stringent specifications. This necessitates a diverse range of machinery and skills to ensure process capability.
With an unwavering commitment to excellence, we have dedicated five decades to mastering the art of crankshaft manufacturing, recognizing its critical role in Internal Combustion Engines. This singular focus has enabled us to offer an extensive product range, spanning from single-cylinder to six-cylinder crankshafts, each tailored to specific engine classes.
Presently, our factory setup boasts the production of 53 different crankshaft models, showcasing our prowess in handling complexity. Primarily serving the Farm Division, which constitutes 80% of our operations, we also cater to applications in GenSets, Automobiles, and Compressors. Operating solely as OEM suppliers, we deliver fully finished components, ready for seamless integration.
