Monday, 10th February, Gurgaon, Haryana: Zavenir Daubert, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals, focusing on corrosion protection and metalworking fluids, today inaugurated its state-of-theart manufacturing facility located at Binola in Haryana. Esteemed dignitaries from Daubert, USA, and Nihon Parkerizing, Japan along with key Indian executives of Zavenir Daubert inaugurated the plant.

With an investment of ₹100 crores (10 million USD), this new facility strengthens Zavenir Daubert’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and India’s industrial growth. Notably, 10% of this investment has been allocated to advanced software technologies, ensuring seamless integration of Industry 4.0 capabilities.
The new facility will not only cater to a fast-expanding domestic market but also certain overseas markets. Employing over 100 employees, the facility is spread across ~2 acres of land comprising end-toend production capabilities. The new facility is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified, reflecting its commitment to quality and environmental management.

Currently, Zavenir Daubert has an annual revenue of INR 150 crores. With this new facility, the company aims to scale its operations for 7X growth, targeting a revenue of ₹1,000 crores in the next five years.

A new plant, set to be established in West India within the next 3-4 years, will be double the capacity and double the investment of the current facility. This expansion will further cement Zavenir Daubert’s market leadership and contribute significantly to India’s growing manufacturing ecosystem.
